Are these official artist or label shirts? No. Designs are original unless a product page expressly says a specific design is licensed. We do not sell counterfeit goods.
When is my shirt printed? After you order, by Printful in the United States. Processing time is 3–7 business days. The Pueblo address is the business address, not the print facility.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take? United States: $6.99 per order, then 7–10 business days in transit. International destinations listed in our Shipping Policy: $12.99 per order, then 10–14 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Which countries do you ship to? The United States and the countries listed in the Shipping Policy: [LIST EVERY COUNTRY YOU SHIP TO]. Duties and local taxes outside the United States are the recipient’s responsibility.

United States deliveries only: 30 days from delivery, defective and non-defective items, new condition for non-defective items, no exchanges, free mail return label, no restocking fee. Refund within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return, through Stripe. The outbound $6.99 shipping fee is refunded only if the return is due to our error. International deliveries are not eligible for mail returns.
What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? United States: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and see the Returns & Refunds Policy. International: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will review a refund or replacement.
How do I choose a size? Use the size chart on the product page. We do not exchange sizes.
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes? No.
How do you handle personal information? We share name, contact details, and shipping address with Stripe, Printful, and the carrier as needed to complete your order. Full card numbers are not stored on choruslane.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
